Just back from a delightful stay at Gasthaus Löwen, and I must say, it's a hidden gem! Nestled in a charming village, it's perfectly quiet yet right in the centre, which made it an ideal base for exploring the area's technical museums. The buffet breakfast was a fantastic start to my mornings-definitely sets you up for a day of adventure, especially if you're planning to visit nearby attractions like Heidelberg or the stunning Steinsberg Castle. The staff were lovely, and the cozy beer garden provided a perfect spot for a nightcap after checking out the local kebab and pizza joints. My room was basic, yet comfortable, with great bedding that promised a good night's sleep-trust me, that's essential after a night out! Plus, free parking was a huge bonus for me as I was traveling with friends. If you're looking for a blend of tranquility and convenience, you won't go wrong here!
